It may be necessary to provide us with the full document for us to assess the content and provide an accurate quotation
based on your deadline; your document will be treated in the strictest confidence at all times. Under no circumstances will
work commence prior to a signed job agreement being returned to Euro Latino.
Once you have received your quote, returned the job agreement and decided to send us your document for translation
or proofreading, a native Spanish speaker from the country for which your document is intended will be responsible
for its translation. We always use native speakers of the target language, and therefore native English speakers for work
from Spanish to English, as this ensures accuracy and quality.
After translation the text will be forwarded to an independant proofreader, again a native speaker from the relevant
country, who will check for style, grammar and linguistic accuracy.
Only then when any discrepancies have been resolved will your translation be ready for delivery to you. If you have opted
to pay online taking advantage of the discount for online payment, you will then be informed that the document is ready and
we are awaiting payment. Your file will then be available for download directly from the site or will be emailed to you.
